In April of this year, our court victory overturned the federal travel mask mandate. We have just filed our response to the Biden Administration's efforts to reinstate the mandate with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

With our partners at the Davillier Law Group, we detail how the order that required all travelers to wear masks was not rooted in federal statutes and also violated current federal law in how it was made public.
