Some people were facing flood wait issues when copying files, the main issue is that people can't check what the bot is actually doing, where else it is logged in , whether a webhook is set or not, So I added an option to check what the bot is doing. It tell you all the details of webhook, what the bot currently doing , if there is any pending updates from the telegram. Hope this helps.
