አንዳንድ በውጭ ሀገር የሚገኙ የፌስቡክ ገፆችን ጨምሮ በሀገራችን ከ30ሺህ በላይ ተከታይ እስካላቸው ገፆች ድረስ ፕሬዝዳንቱን በድጋሚ በጥፊ የተመታችው በአንዲት እንስት እንደሆነ በመናገር ሲዘግቡ ቆይተዋል።

ሰኔ 8 ቀን 2021 እ.አ.አ የፈረንሳዩ ፕሬዝዳንት ኢማኑኤል ማክሮን በደቡባዊ ፈረንሳይ ጉብኝት በሚያደርጉበት ወቅት እርሳቸውን ለመመልከት ከተሰበሰቡ ህዝቦች መሃል ዴምየን ታረል የተባለ ግለሰብ ፕሬዝዳንቱን በጥፊ እንደመታቸው የሚያሳዩ የተለያዩ ተንቀሳቃሽ ምስሎች ተለቀዋል ( https://fb.watch/gZM8Ozj0SD/ ) ። የዚህን ግለሰብ ድርጊት ተከትሎ የፈረንሳይ ፍ/ቤት በግለሰቡ ላይ የ18 ወራት እስር ፈርዶበት የነበረ ቢሆንም ፍ/ቤቱ የእስር ጊዜውን ወደ 4 ወራት ቀንሶለት ነበር።

ሀቅቼክ በቅርቡ የተሰራጨውን ቪድዮ ለማጣራት ባደረገው ጥረት ቪድዮው የዛሬ አመት በፕሬዝዳንቱ ላይ የተፈፀመው ድርጊት መሆኑን አረጋግጧል። ሃቅቼክ በሁለቱ ቪድዮዎች ውስጥ ያሉትን ግለሰቦች፣ የነበሩበትን አካባቢ እና በቦታው የነበሩ ነገሮችን አጥንቶ ቪድዮው በወቅቱ በተለየ አቅጣጫ የተቀረፀ እንደሆነ ማረጋገጥ ችሏል።

A Facebook page with more than 38 thousand followers shared a post, claiming that the pictures are of a design of a satellite town to be built in Addis Ababa. The post also states that the satellite town (aka the Chaka Project) covers a large swath of land stretching from around Entoto to Tafo.

However, HaqCheck inspected the images and rendered them as False.

#Alert: The image doesn't show a donkey looted by Eritrean troops from Tigray

On Nov 28, 2022, a Facebook post was made sharing a tweet screenshot with an image that shows a donkey in a minivan and a short text implicitly claiming that Eritrean troops looted the donkey in the minivan from Tigray.

The text on the screenshot picture reads, “When there is nothing left to take…” and it used an emoji indicating the minivan’s license plate.

However, HaqCheck confirmed that the image doesn't prove the claim that the donkey shown in the minivan was looted by Eritrean soldiers from Tigray. The license plate of the car was intentionally altered to support the claim.

The image was first published on Reddit with the description, “This donkey getting a ride home in a minivan” on 24 August 2019.

A viral video was shared with a claim that it was of a recent interview with TPLF chairman, Debretsion Gebremichael (Ph.D.) about the peace agreement and he made good remarks on the deal and PM Abiy Ahmed (Ph.D.). However, HaqCheck confirmed that the video was old.

ሊንክ በመጠቀም የሚደረጉ የመረጃ ምንተፋዎችን እንዴት መከላከል ይቻላል?

የመረጃ መንታፊዎች ማስፋንጠርያ ሊንኮችን በመላክ የግል መረጃን ይመነትፋሉ።

ስለዚህ አንድ ሊንክ ሲላክሎት ወይም ማህበራዊ ሚድያ ላይ ሲመለከቱ ሊንኩ መረጃን ለመመንተፍ የተሰራ ሊሆን ስለሚችል እነዚህን እርምጃዎች መውሰድ ያስፈልጋል፡-

በጥንቃቄ መመልከት

ማንኛውም አይነት ማስፈንጠርያ ወይም ሊንክ ሲላክልዎ ወይም ሲያጋጥምዎ በጥድፍያ አለመንካት ያስፈልጋል። ሊንኩን በጥንቃቄ መመርመር ተገቢ ነው። ያንን ሊንክ ከምያውቁት ሰው በማወቅም ሆነ ባለማወቅ በማህበራዊ ሚድያ በውስጥ መስመር ሊላክሎት ይችላል። ማንኛውንም ሊንክ ማመን የለብዎትም፤ ሊንኩ ከየት እንደተላከ በጥንቃቄ ማየት ይኖርብዎታል።

ማመሳከር

ማህበራዊ ሚድያ ላይ የሰዎችን ቀልብ ለመሳብ የተለየ ፅሁፍ የያዙ መንታፊ ሊንኮች ይታያሉ። በፅሁፍ ከላይ የሚነበበው እና ማስፈንጠርያ ሊንኩ የተለያዩ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ። ለምሳሌ ከላይ ያለው ፅሁፍ ስለሽልማት ፣ ስለትምህርት እድል ወዘተ ሊሆን ይችላል። ይህ አሰራር ሰዎች ከላይ በሚያነቡት ፅሁፍ ተሸውደው ሊንኩን በጥድፍያ እንዲነኩ ለማስጎምጀት ታልሞ የተዘጋጀ ነው።

ስለዚህ ማህበራዊ ሚድያ ላይ ሊንክ ሲያዩ ከመንካትዎ በፊት በፅሁፉ የሚነበበው ሀሳብ እና ሊንኩን አንድ አይነት መሆኑን ማመሳከር ይኖርቦታል።

የግል መረጃን አለመስጠት

የመረጃ መንታፊዎች እውነተኛ ያልሆኑ ማስፈንጠርያ ሊንኮችን በመላክ የሰዎች የግል መረጃን ይመነትፋሉ። ለምሳሌ አንድ ሊንክ ከነኩ በኋላ ያንን ሊንክ የግል መረጃዎን እንዲያስገቡ ሊጠይቆት ይችላል።

የኢሜይል አድራሻዎ ፣ የይለፍ ቃል ወይም ፓስዋርድ ፣ የባንክ አካውንት ፣ የማህበራዊ ሚድያ አካውንት የመሳሰሉ የግል መረጃዎች እንዲሰጡ ሲጠየቁ ሊንኩ እውነተኛ መሆኑን ሳያረጋግጡ መስጠት የለብዎትም።

A Facebook page shared a viral video on Dec 4, 2022, claiming that ethnic Amharas were killed in Wollega, Oromia. The video that was published by the post to support the claim shows people transporting dead bodies with stretchers.

ይህን እንጂ ምስሉ ትክክለኛ የአቶ ለማ መገርሳ ሳይሆን የተቀናበረ መሆኑን ሀቅቼክ ያረጋገጠ ሲሆን ይህ የፌስቡክ ገጽ ይህን ምስል ካጋራበት ፅሁፍ ስር የ#photoeditingchallenge የሚል መግለጫ ተጠቅሟል። ይህ የሚያሳየው ሀሰተኛ መረጃ የሚሰራጭበት መንገድ እየረቀቀ መምጣቱን ነው። በዚህም ምክንያት ይህን መግለጫ የማያስተውሉ ብዙ የማህበራዊ ሚድያ ተጠቃሚዎች ሊኖሩ ስለሚችሉ ሰዎች በማህበራዊ ሚድያ ላይ የሚሰራጩ መረጃዎችን በጥንቃቄ ሊመለከቱ ይግባል።
