በማህበራዊ ሚዲያዎች ላይ ታዋቂ በሆኑ ድርጅቶች ስም እና አርማ አስመስሎ በመጠቀም የተለያዩ ይዘት ያላቸው መልእክቶች ሲዘዋወሩ ይስተዋላል። መልዕክቶቹም አብዛኛውን ጊዜ ማስፈንጠሪያዎችን (link) በማያያዝ እና ለሌሎች እንዲያጋሩ በመጋበዝ ለልዩ ልዩ ሽልማቶች እንደሚታጩ የሚያመላክቱ ናቸው።

ከቅርብ ጊዜ ወዲህም በኖህ ሪል እስቴት ስም እና አርማ በተከፈተ የቴሌግራም ገፅ "መልእክቱን ለሚያጋሩ ሰዎች ባለ ሁለት መኝታ ክፍል አፓርታማዎች እንሸልማለን" የሚል መልዕክት በስፋት እየተሰራጨ መሆኑን ሀቅቼክ አስተውሏል። ሀቅቼክም ከኖህ ሪል እስቴት እንዳጣራው መረጃው ሀሰት መሆኑንና ድርጅቱ ምንም አይነት ይፋዊ የሆነ የቴሌግራም ገጽ እንደሌለው ለማወቅ ተችሏል።

ትክክለኛውን የኖህ ሪል እስቴት ገፆችን በድረገጽ አድራሻቸው www.noahrealestateplc.com ማግኘት ይቻላል።

በመሆኑም መረጃን ከታማኝ ምንጮች ብቻ በመውሰድ እራስዎን እና ሌሎችን ከአጭበርባሪዎች ይጠብቁ።
