The Resident Engineer supervises the construction work according to the design and specification and is responsible for checking and confirming that the work is executed to the required quality, cost, and time. He is also responsible for progress follow-ups, preparing daily &monthly reports, payment checking, and other tasks specified in the duties and responsibilities.

The SE should prepare details of all daily and weekly schedules as per the approved master schedule and implement the construction works accordingly,
Prepares construction methodologies based on site conditions and availability of resources.
Ensures the effective and efficient utilization of material, labor, and equipment as per the designed schedules, Confirm the completeness of construction works as per contract requirements, Manage, inspect, and controls the works of sub-contractors, and Prepares and submits payment documents.


Qualifications
