Position: Full Stack Developer (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability applications across the full stack.
Implement robust state management solutions to ensure efficient data flow and responsiveness in applications.
Work with JavaScript and .NET Core to develop front-end and back-end components, ensuring a seamless, integrated user experience.
Apply best practices in unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, UX/UI, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Participate in code reviews, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Experience: 4 years of full stack development experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in JavaScript, with a solid understanding of its ecosystems.
Strong experience in .NET Core for developing scalable back-end services.
Proven expertise in state management patterns and practices.
Experience in creating and implementing unit tests to ensure reliability and performance of applications.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web service integration.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

Professional Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Impact Makers Foundation (IMF), a non-profit organization dedicated to creating active, influential, and exemplary citizen through a state-of-art training and research-based solutions to the perplexing problems of the communities, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in accordance with International Finance Reporting System (IFRS)
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform organizational decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely payment processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff salaries and benefits.
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
• Assist with fundraising activities and grant reporting as needed.
• Perform additional works assigned by the Executive Director

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, from recognized universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting within a non-profit or similar organization.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
