•  በድር መድረሳ ውስጥ የሚሰጡ የዲን ትምህርቶችን እና ዳዕዋ ፕሮግራሞችን በበላይ  ኃላፊነት ማስተዳድር 

• መድረሳዉ ዲናዊ ሥነምግባርና ስነስርዓት በጠበቀ ሁኔታ እንዲካሄድ መቆጣጠር 

• ዓመታዊ እና ወርሀዊ ዕቅዶችን ማዘጋጀትና ማስፈፀም 

• በመድረሳው ውስጥ ያሉትን ሂደቶችን መቆጣጠርና ከአቅም በላይ የሆኑ ችግሮችን ለሚመለከተው አካል ማሳወቅ 

• የተለያዩ ትምህርታዊና የዳዕዋ ፕሮግራሞችን ማዘጋጀት 

• ዓመታዊ እና ወርሀዊ ሪፖርቶችን ማዘጋጀት

• መማሪያ ቦታዎች በጽዳት  እንዲጠበቅ ማድረግ 

• የመድረሳ ንብረቶች መቆጣጠር 

• ሌሎች በኮሚቴ  የሚሰጡ ተጨማሪ  ስራዎችን ማከናወን
