We're looking for a detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our team, supporting project planning, cost estimation, and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Prepare material take-offs from drawings & specs
▪️ Develop and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
▪️ Assist with cost estimation & cost control
▪️ Coordinate with site engineers & project managers
▪️ Prepare technical submittals, RFIs & shop drawings
▪️ Track progress & prepare reports
▪️ Review subcontractor/supplier quotations
▪️ Maintain project documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

✅ Strong skills in take-off, BOQ & cost estimation
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel & estimation software (CostX/Bluebeam etc.)
✅ Good understanding of construction methods & materials

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Store Keeper to manage materials and stock control on our construction project.

You will be responsible for accurate counting, recording, and documentation of all materials issued, received, and transferred, keeping our stores tight, traceable, and audit-ready.

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪️ Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, and verify them against delivery documents

▪️ Maintain accurate stock records and running balances using Excel and stock software

▪️ Prepare and process warehouse documents: SRV, SIV, STV, GRN / Internal GRN, Gate Pass, and other standard vouchers

▪️ Issue materials to site teams against approved requests, and control returns and transfers

▪️ Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records

▪️ Store and safeguard construction materials: cement, concrete, gypsum, steel/rebar, electrical, plumbing, and paint

▪️ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management

▪️ Enforce warehouse control procedures, including access, security, and housekeeping

🎯 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

🎓 Education: Diploma or above

💼 Experience: 2-3 years in warehouse / store work, preferably on construction sites
