Semantic analysis: Extracting the meaning of words, phrases and sentences. This includes the recognition of named Entity Recognition - Ner, Word Sense Disambigulation, and Information Extraction.

Pragmatic Analysis: Understanding the implicit and contextual meaning of language, which goes beyond the literal meaning.
NLP techniques traditionally included Rule-Based and Statistical methods. But with the advent of machine learning, and especially Deep Learning, this field has changed. Deep learning -based models, especially recurrent neural networks, have shown unprecedented performance in solving many NLP issues, especially Transformers, and especially transformers.
Transformers are able to understand long -term dependencies in the text by introducing the Mechanism mechanism and have revolutionized the NLP. Models such as Bert, Gpt-3 and Palm are based on transformer architecture and have amazing abilities to produce text, summarize, translate and answer questions.
NLP applications are extensive, including machine translation, emotion analysis in social networks, chatbots & virtual assistants, Automatic Text Summarization, Question and Answer Systems (Question Answers and Answers) Spam filtering.
