Clears the recorded value of “Wealth Bond” and resets the number of Follow-up ATKs that can be triggered by “Foretold.”
Talent
At the start of any ally’s turn or action, if no enemy is under “Foretold,” Cipher inflicts it on a random enemy, prioritizing the one with the highest HP. “Foretold” only applies to the most recently inflicted target.
When an enemy with “Foretold” receives DMG from any ally, Cipher enters “Wealth Bond” state, recording ?% of the total DMG taken by that enemy (excluding True DMG). When an ally attacks an enemy with “Foretold,” Cipher deals a Follow-up ATK, dealing Quantum DMG equal to ?% of her ATK. The number of Follow-up ATKs resets after using her Ultimate.

Her signature dish can only be made by her
The effect is actually pretty good, a food item with 372 ATK and 24% CRIT DMG, worthy of a top chef’s cuisine
Her passive talent lets her cook anytime anywhere thanks to that pot
She fights with a ladle in one hand and a knife in the other
Her signature dish requires her exclusive ingredients which cannot be gathered in the open world and have a weekly limit on acquisition A bit strange but maybe that’s just a top chef’s ingredient standards
Q: If I plan to pull for Skirk should I also get this chef or just go all in for Skirk’s constellations
A: It’s worth getting the chef herself she actually feels pretty good to play right now

His kit doesn’t seem great for exploration either
Uses a revolver but you should wait for live gameplay footage before judging
