Decertification of Elector Votes To Rep Timothy Ramthun Letter of opinion. While I acknowledge that the question posed of me places us in unchartered territory, my conclusion is that the state legislatures, which exercise plenary authority under Article II of the
United States Constitution to direct the manner for choosing presidential electors, do have the
authority to de-certify the election of presidential electors in their state upon a definitive showing
of illegality and/or fraud in the conduct of the election sufficient to have altered the results of the
election. In my judgement, that conclusion holds true following each of the five relevant events
described below, even while I acknowledge that the counter arguments increase in strength with
each successive event. Those events are:

BREAKING NEWS H.O.T. supporters former 20 year Racine Alderman Sandy Weidner and Kim Morrison have filed a bribery complaint on sitting Racine Mayor Cory Mason and Racine Clerk Tara Coolidge. The City entered into an agreement with Center for Tech and Civic Life which constituted prohibited election bribery under Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11. Any agreement where the City’s election officials receive Center for Tech and Civic Life’s private money to facilitate in-person and absentee voting within the city violates Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11’s prohibition on election bribery. The city of Racine received $ 1,699,000 of the Zuckerberg money funneled through the Center for Tech and Civic Life.

So ERIC has YOUR name, address, phone, email, birth date, driver's license number, last 4 of your social security number, when you voted, how you voted (absentee/at polls) what elections you voted in. And Soros and Zuckerberg gave huges dollar amounts to ERIC, to CEIR (sister organization taking in $69 million from zuckerberg). Robin Vos created this entire election mess we are in right now. 2  Ask the Assembly Rules Committee Members to let you know when the meeting(s) is being held so you can attend.
3  Sign up to be notified when the Assembly Rules Committee meets (https://notify.legis.wisconsin.gov/) so you can attend.
4  Ask the Assembly Rules Committee Members to vote AJR 120 out of Committee to the Full Assembly for a Floor Vote during the February 15-24, 2022, and or March 8-10, 2022, remaining Sessions.
