Drones reportedly attacked an oil refinery in Kstovo, in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region. The refinery, Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, is LUKOIL's largest plant and ranks fourth in Russia by capacity and second for gasoline production.

It processes around 15 million tons of crude oil each year and produces about 5 million tons of gasoline.
