I hosted @HarpURLUploaderBot on heroku until yesterday. But yesterday heroku quote was exhausted. So I updated the repo for host bot on Google Cloud Platform. After update bot totally not working. Actually no errors and no responces. For now I can't find what is the issue. I will fix this issue as soon as possible. Bot will not work for 2-3 days. Sorry for that.

Minimum Requirements (Microsofts stupid requirements)

Cpu: 8th gen or later 1Ghz or higher dual core 64bit cpu
Ram: 4GB
64GB diskspace for C: drive
Tpm 2.0 and Secureboot needs to be turned on
You should be in UEFI

Windows 11 unsupported devices ඕන එකකට bootable usb එකකින් install කරන්න පුලුවන්. (updates තුත් දැනට වැඩ. Warnings මොනවත් එන්නෙ නෑ tpm තියේ නම්)
