HABTech conducted a focused planning discussion with its implementation partner to align on the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for the CBMP+ Project. The session aimed to establish a robust results-based M&E approach to track progress, measure impact, and inform strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Key areas of discussion included the definition of performance indicators, data collection and reporting mechanisms, and approaches to ensure learning and accountability at all levels of implementation. This joint effort reflects a shared commitment to evidence-based programming and continuous improvement.
The M&E framework will play a critical role in supporting the CBMP+ Project’s goals of strengthening sub-national capacity and institutionalizing data use for improved health outcomes.

As part of the project “Implementation of Enhanced Analytics and Data Utilization in Sub national Units in Ethiopia", we successfully conducted a hands-on Data Analytics and Dashboard Development Testing Workshop in Adama, with 29 participants from Bole Sub-City (Addis Ababa) and Bishoftu Town (Oromia).
Participants received practical training using HIV, TB, and Malaria data to develop and test dashboards on an open-source platform, empowering sub-national teams to drive data-informed decisions.
A key milestone in enhancing data use capacity for better health outcomes!
