📈 Dashboard Creation
Participants gained practical skills to turn data into actionable insights that can drive evidence-based decision-making.
👨🏫 Led by expert instructors, the training featured real-world scenarios to help staff apply Power BI confidently in their daily work.
✅ The program was well-received and marks a strong step forward in strengthening data-driven culture and capacity across both institutions.

HABTech conducted a focused planning discussion with its implementation partner to align on the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for the CBMP+ Project. The session aimed to establish a robust results-based M&E approach to track progress, measure impact, and inform strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Key areas of discussion included the definition of performance indicators, data collection and reporting mechanisms, and approaches to ensure learning and accountability at all levels of implementation. This joint effort reflects a shared commitment to evidence-based programming and continuous improvement.
The M&E framework will play a critical role in supporting the CBMP+ Project’s goals of strengthening sub-national capacity and institutionalizing data use for improved health outcomes.
