On February 13, 2025, #HABTech, in collaboration with the #Addis_Ababa_City_Administration_Health_Bureau, officially launched a new performance monitoring dashboard that includes 39 key indicators from various health departments, developed over the past six months, the dashboard aims to improve service quality and utilization across the city’s health sector.
The launch #event, which included a workshop and capacity-building efforts, was attended by Dr. Mulugeta, Deputy Head of the Health Bureau, and various department directors. During the workshop, the Deputy Head emphasized the importance of utilizing the dashboard effectively and continuously improving it based on user feedback to enhance service quality and utilization within the city administration.

HABTech will focus on automating the #Community_Based_Health_Insurance (CBHI) system by integrating digital payment solutions, aiming to enhance the efficiency of healthcare delivery and promote financial inclusion.
Arifpay, as the primary financial gateway provider, and PulseTech, which will supply EMR solutions, are key partners in this important project.

On April 5, #HABTech_Solutions held a successful validation workshop for the baseline assessment of the Immunization Accelerator project in Sidama Region. The assessment was conducted in two woredas in #Sidama and in #Somalia Region.
The workshop brought together key stakeholders from the #Ministry_of_Health, #regional, #zonal, and #woreda_health_offices, as well as #Health_facility_Leaders. There was a strong discussion on key findings of the assessment and system demonstration.
Participants were grateful the project as a “game-changer” in tackling zero-dose children and strengthening the culture of data use in immunization services.
