Real talk: I struggled this morning.
Woke up low, did the "stare at the juice box" thing for 10 minutes, and ended up on a rollercoaster. ππ
I know I'm supposed to be the "expert" with 22 years of experience, but some days, the burnout just wins for a few minutes. And that is okay.
I used my 4-Step Reset today (Tea, Journal, Breathe, Nourish) and I saved the day. I didn't let the bad morning become a bad day.
π Update: I'm finalizing the PDF guide for the blog launch soon. It includes the exact checklist I use to snap out of this "diabetes doom" mood.
