Iโ€™m glad youโ€™re here. ๐Ÿค

The guide pinned at the top is something I truly wish I had years ago. Itโ€™s meant to be a quiet companion for your hardest nights.

Over the next few days, Iโ€™ll share small, visual things that made nights easier for me quietly, and without pressure. You donโ€™t need to respond or do anything. Just take what helps.

Welcome to our quiet space.๐Ÿ˜Š
A small night reminder for my T1D family... ๐ŸŒ™

If you wake up to an alarm tonight, take a breath. You donโ€™t need to solve the whole week at 3 AM.
You just need one step.
Then another.
Then, if the numbers allow, find your way back to rest.
Type 1 Diabetes nights donโ€™t require you to be a superhero. They just require you to be kind to yourself.
The Check-in: Drop a '๐ŸŒ™' if youโ€™re heading into the night feeling a bit tired. Letโ€™s look out for each other.

About cost honestly. ๐Ÿ’ญ

I didnโ€™t start using CGM because it was โ€œcoolโ€ tech. ๐Ÿ“Ÿ
I started because nights, corrections, and long-term damage were costing me more than money ever did. ๐ŸŒ™

Budgeting for T1D tech isnโ€™t about being rich. ๐Ÿ’ธ
Itโ€™s about choosing where to reduce risk, stress, and regret. โš–๏ธ

Iโ€™ll share how I think about these trade-offs quietly over time.
No pressure. No convincing. Just real decisions from lived experience. ๐Ÿค
Anyone else feel like they are dating their CGM? ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ˜‚

I love my sensor for keeping me safe, but some days, if I hear that โ€˜Highโ€™ or โ€˜Lowโ€™ alarm one more time, I want to throw it out the window! Itโ€™s exhausting being 'connected' 24/7.

Do you keep your alarms on 'Loud' all day, or do you have a 'Silent' window just to get some peace? Let me knowโ€”I need to know Iโ€™m not the only one losing my mind over the beeping! ๐Ÿ‘‡
๐Ÿšจ 3 AM ALERT: Are you struggling with night-time highs?

There is nothing more exhausting than waking up to a red screen on your monitor when you should be sleeping. ๐Ÿ˜ด I know that feeling of frustration and fatigue all too well.

Iโ€™ve just released my 3-Step Survival Guide specifically for these moments. Itโ€™s designed to help you handle the high safely and get back to sleep faster.

โš ๏ธ Are you "chasing" your blood sugar numbers?

After 22 years with T1D, my A1C climbed to 9.2%. I tried everything keto, 2-hour workouts, and checking 20x a day but it only made things worse.

I finally found a manual system that works without expensive tech.

Tomorrow, I'll be sharing a very personal story from my student days in 2008!"๐Ÿฅน
havenโ€™t told you the full story of 2008 yet.

Most of you see me now managing my sugars, writing guides, and helping this community. But in 2008, I was at zero. I had a massive accident car crash that almost took my life.๐Ÿ˜ณ

๐Ÿ”ดI was broken physically, but the hardest part was the diabetes. Without a CGM, without money, and with a body that wouldn't cooperate, I felt like giving up.

Why am I telling you this? Because if you are feeling 'broken' today, I have been there. My journey from that hospital bed to a 6.8 A1C is the reason Guide Balance exists. Iโ€™m not a doctor; Iโ€™m a man who refused to stay down.๐Ÿ‘
next week I will share int the blog about 7 supplements that helps me balanced my A1C and drop it to 6.8%

If you are struggling today, drop a '๐Ÿ’ช' in the comments. You are not alone.
The 2008 Wreckage: Where This Warrior Was Born
๐Ÿ‘‰Most of you know me as someone managing T1D with data and discipline. But I wasn't always this way.
It taught me that when the "system" around you is broken or the technology isn't reachable, you have to build your own bridge. That is why I spend my nights researching A1C๐Ÿค›, testing supplements, and pushing for global access to health tech.โœŒ๏ธ

I donโ€™t do this because itโ€™s easy. I do it because in 2008, I learned that we are much stronger than our circumstances.

To every warrior here fighting their own battle today: Don't give up. The wreckage is just the foundation for your comeback. ๐Ÿ›ก
๐Ÿ“Š How I dropped my A1C by 2.4% (9.2 -> 6.8)

Most T1D advice is just "take more insulin." But after 22 years of being an athlete and a father with T1D๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜‡, I found that timing and specific supplements (Berberine, Magnesium, etc.) changed everything.๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™ve documented my exact protocol and results here:
๐Ÿ‘‡

Let's win this battle together. ๐Ÿ›ก
