Mine: Last week! Realized I need 25 min pre-bolus for breakfast instead of 15.

β˜•οΈ Friday Morning Check-in

Real talk: I struggled this morning.

Woke up low, did the "stare at the juice box" thing for 10 minutes, and ended up on a rollercoaster. πŸ“‰πŸ“ˆ

I know I'm supposed to be the "expert" with 22 years of experience, but some days, the burnout just wins for a few minutes. And that is okay.

I used my 4-Step Reset today (Tea, Journal, Breathe, Nourish) and I saved the day. I didn't let the bad morning become a bad day.

πŸ“ Update: I'm finalizing the PDF guide for the blog launch soon. It includes the exact checklist I use to snap out of this "diabetes doom" mood.

Hope you all are being gentle with yourselves today. πŸ’™

React with a 🍡 if you need a quiet moment today too.

"Hey everyone! Let’s keep our Thursday chat going strong.

Quick Tip for the Week: If you notice your blood sugar is climbing right after you wake up (that weird 'feet-on-floor' rise), remember this simple strategy: Just move. A 10-minute gentle walk, some stretching, or even a few squats can sometimes smooth things out before you reach for the correction pen. It's an easy win!

πŸ”₯ COMMUNITY POLL: Which type of low treatment is your go-to on a busy day?

Juice box (Quick, easy grab)

Glucose tabs (Precise, no mess)

Smarties/Candy (The little treat!)

Vote below and tell us why in the chat! πŸ‘‡ (I choose #1 because coffee + juice box is the ultimate T1D morning combo πŸ˜…)"
