A flesh & blood human being with a living soul cannot be bound in a contract ( as it is a restriction of our Free Will )

So they created the birth certificate which creates a corporate fiction in our birth name. Corpse a dead entity/ Corporation. To allow us to litigate with other dead entity’s by fraudulent means.
Capital letters represent Decapitation.

That is the strawman/ legal fiction created in your birth name. The monopoly piece you use to operate in the system. It is not you the living man or woman.
