The Federal Court in Australia has upheld a prior ruling that a male who was excluded from a women’s social media app was discriminated against.

Sall Grover, the app’s founder, was fined. The three judges, made up of two women and a man, increased the fine following the unsuccessful appeal. The court previously inaccurately said that “sex is changeable.”
