SPR: When Trump took office Biden had sold off much of our Strategic Petroleum Reserve to China leaving the SPR at 395.1 million barrels. Since then Trump has been quietly filling it to 415.4 million barrels. When he left office the first time it was at 638.1 million barrels and Congress had stopped him from filling it all the way to 727 million barrels.
