The @NewGrossProBot service has a paid arbitration - this filters out dishonest clients as quickly as possible, because during arbitration they lose not only time, but also money, since ONLY the losing party pays for arbitration.

For example, you are a buyer and opened a deal, the seller did not give anything and claims that you cleared the chat with him after receiving the goods.
How it happens in a manual deal with Gross: we try for a long time and painfully to figure out something, based on evidence that no one has, we try to come to the truth by catching someone in a lie.
How it works in the @NewGrossProBot service - the buyer opens a dispute and pays arbitration fee, the second party is given 24 hours to pay the commission. The seller understands that he will most likely not be able to prove anything, and he will not risk money hoping for a ghost of a chance, since he already has something to lose. As a result, the seller does not pay the commission for arbitration and the funds are returned to the buyer in full (arbitration fee is also returned to the balance). The same works in the opposite direction, if the buyer is not sure that he will be able to win the dispute, then most often he will not risk the commission for arbitration.

To resolve disputes, we have a team of arbitrators. When an arbitrator is called, they are automatically assigned based on the type and amount of the deal. You and the other party share the cost of the arbitrator's services, after which you will receive a notification in Telegram with a link to join a chat for arbitration. The arbitrator listens to both sides, reviews the evidence, and begins to assess the situation. They will then announce their decision and apply it to your deal. After some time, you will receive a notification about the closure of the deal and the receipt of funds (if they are owed to you).

First time only Gross will act as the arbitrator.
