At first, everyone was just getting to know each other.
Then things got active π
The Marshmallow Challenge brought out teamwork, ideas, and a bit of competition. People connected fast.

Day 2 = VALUE.
We broke down one idea:
Value = Problem (Big Problem == Big Value)
Then we tested it.
Everyone bought a pen for 10 ETB, paired up, and had 20 minutes to sell it.
Same pen. Different outcomes.
Highest sale? 950 ETB.
Thatβs when it clicked.
People donβt just buy products, they buy the experience, the story, the trust, the meaning behind it.
Day 2 wasnβt about selling a pen. It was about understanding value for real.

There is an opportunity from one of our partner. There is an event for a month and they need ushers who is going to be dedicated for the whole month.
