At first, everyone was just getting to know each other.

The Marshmallow Challenge brought out teamwork, ideas, and a bit of competition. People connected fast.

Day 2 = VALUE.
We broke down one idea:
Value = Problem (Big Problem == Big Value)
Then we tested it.
Everyone bought a pen for 10 ETB, paired up, and had 20 minutes to sell it.
Same pen. Different outcomes.
Highest sale? 950 ETB.
Thatβs when it clicked.
People donβt just buy products, they buy the experience, the story, the trust, the meaning behind it.
Day 2 wasnβt about selling a pen. It was about understanding value for real.

They will give you a training on VR/AR usage then your job is going to be handling and be responsible or facilitator for that. It has some allowance which i donβt know how much. Anyone interested, write in the comments to this a message βINTERESTED - YOUR NAME and Numberβ
