This week was an eye-opener! 👀
We dove into PERSONA MAPPING and boom 💥 everything started to make sense!
To solve real problems, we realized one thing:
👉 We can’t truly empathize unless we truly understand.
It’s not just about putting ourselves in someone’s shoes…
👟 It’s about knowing whose shoes we’re stepping into; their story, struggles, and daily reality.
Persona = Power.
When we get specific, we get solutions that actually work.
