👉🏻 As the french government seeks to encourage vaccination at all levels of society, some prisons have taken steps in this direction.

🔎 Thus, the newspaper 20 Minutes revealed an internal note of August 10, 2021 where the prison of Sarreguemines encourages that :

↪️ "All inmates who will be vaccinated against Covid-19 will automatically benefit from the entirety of their additional potential sentence reductions."

ℹ️ This exceptional procedure aims, according to the internal note, to "encourage vaccination with the aim of achieving collective immunity".

🔥 This information has created an angry reaction in the French population since nearly 30% of citizens still refuse vaccination and are therefore sometimes fired from their jobs or forbidden to take the train or to enter supermarkets. The population complains that they are treated worse than criminals.

🐢 The volunteers of the association for the protection of sea turtles that are active in Rethymno had located a nest on the beach of Rethymno and took care to mark it with a cage

👨🏾‍🦱 The 38 year old Gypsy was extremely drunk in a public square and assaulted the first woman, which led the locals to send him away. While crossing a street, the man got into a discussion with two elderly women sitting outside in the yard, he threatened to kill the son of one of them which is a police officer and then slapped her in the face

👮🏼‍♂️ The police was called, before the man was taken into custody, he grabbed one of the officers by the neck.

⚠️ The locals enraged with the incident which has become a nearly daily problem along with burglaries and thefts in the area have said that if the police and the prosecutor's office wont do what they are supposed to, the locals might have to make justice with their own hands

🔸 According to the report, the 42-year-old man ordered coffee and got into an argument regarding the order with the delivery man, after the delivery man left, the accused went to the coffee shop along with another perpetrator and got into an argument with the delivery man

‼️ After arriving there, the second man stole the delivery man's phone while the 42-year-old shot at him, one of such shots ended up hitting a parked vehicle while the delivery man was able to get behind cover and was not wounded
