Erdogan: "We are not guests in the Mediterranean, but owners", "There will be no peace in the Eastern Mediterranean, in any effort that leaves out Turkey and the Turkish Cypriots" and concluded with "Let us not pollute these waters with new hostilities"

This is common practice for Turkey, they say that they are in favor of dialogue and dont want new tensions or conflicts, but at the same time they say that there will be no peace if their demands are not met, something that has been exposed dozens of times and that the EU gladly ignores

"German officials coordinating with Nicosia, after the Republic of Cyprus told the foreign affairs council that it would use its veto power if sanctions against Belarus are not linked with those against Turkey, said that the prospect of sanctions against Turkey is a distant scenario"
[...]
"The German officials said sanctions have no substantial effect. They are, as they said, a dead-end strategy, which instead of getting Turkey in line, intensifies its challenges and leads it to more extreme positions"

President of the European Council "EU relationship with Turkey is being tested" stated that the Summit will focus on the adoption of a European strategic position for the East Med
>https://archive.is/YFT0w
The summit was postponed with the excuse that a security guard tested positive for COVID-19, but the real reason was the fact that Turkey had issued new NAVTEX for both Yavuz and Barbaros (a drilling ship and a seismic research ship) that are operating inside Cypriot EEZ waters, not only that but the EU's top priority seems to be sanctions on Belarus, which Cyprus had vetoed stating that it will not accept the EU to sanction belarus and not Turkey and at the time since Turkey had withdrawn their seismic research ship Oruc Reis, the sanctions were brushed aside
Now with a meeting between the Greek and Turkish FMs scheduled for after October 5 (after the summit), the sanctions will most likely not be imposed once Germany specially will most likely argue that it shows that both sides are de-escalating and will completely ignore Turkey's threats and inflamatory rhetoric. It is not clear wether Cyprus will still veto the sanctions against Belarus and demand that Turkey gets sanctioned, EU officials have been calling the Cypriot FM and President recently, trying to assure him that the EU is trying their best to make Turkey cease provocations and most likely ask Cyprus to cooperate with the Belarus sanctions

Turkish presidency spokesperson: "Armenia must end the occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh. That’s the only way for peace, security and stability in the region"
A few people have traced a few parallels that go a bit further inside Turkey's Government mentality, according to them Armenia is illegally occupying a region in which Armenians are a majority, and Turkey say they have no right to occupy such lands, showing their hypocrisy since Turkey is doing the same thing in Cyprus if not worse since they threaten to violate international law by trying to take over and claim ownership of Varosha, Farmagusta, which has been a ghost town since the Turkish invasion of 1974 and should stay as such as part of peace keeping measures. Despite such peace agreements Turkey has been seeking to claim ownership of Varosha and Farmagusta as a whole because of its touristic appeal and strategic location for a possible base to supply Turkish ships on their illegal Drilling and Seismic Survey operations

🔸 Reports about the 4 NGOs involved in Human Trafficking operations state that two of the NGOs are related and share the same address in Berlin (Erik Marquardt's

🔸 The reports state that the NGOs have been investigated for several months by both the police and the Greek Intelligence Agency which even hired foreigners to pass as illegal immigrants and record the NGO operations

» Charts and tables with the dates and places of several smuggling operations, including some that failed and were cancelled
» The gathering places on the Turkish coast and the time of departure of specific refugee flows to the island of Lesvos and also Samos and Chios
» the coordinates (longitude and latitude) of specific illegal immigrant routs and their direction in a specific time and place in boats, as well as the general conditions during transport
» their final destination (landing area)
» Detailed information which included maps of where each of those smuggled immigrants used to live inside the now destroyed Moria camp
🔸 One of the reports mentions that a large part of the resources obtained by the investigation were acquired during a raid in 05/09 to an NGO that had their electrinic devices and other things seized. /GBG/ Archives from 06/09 show that the German "Mare Liberum" NGO is the one who got raided as they complained about the operation and stated that they would keep operating in Greece
