EMA chiefs have warned that frequent booster shots may do more harm than good in the battle against Covid, as the organization’s bio health threats chief urged a shift to “a more endemic setting."
Marco Cavaleri suggested that booster programs should mirror winter flu vaccine strategies, and it's not something that should be "repeated constantly."
Boosters every four months risk wearing down the immune system and tire people out, EMA advice suggests.
