Equations and relations in the region change daily and there is no fixed and final process. The Taliban in Afghanistan, utilizing the anti-foreign interests and sentiments and possibly based on behind-the-scenes agendas, first took over the areas where the government was weak. Over the last 30-40 years, jihadist movements have been more active and mobilized than ethnic and nationalist movements. The liberalism of Ashraf Ghani and Mohammad Reza Shah, the secular nationalism of Najibullah or Babrak Karmal, and even the moderate forces like Hamid Karzai failed because they were unable or unwilling to influence and transmit the background of society. The values such as freedom of expression or equality between men and women, which they represented, never materialized and were always viewed marginally and dramatically. This was not stood on the intellectual and ideological foundations of these systems.
The establishment of a national government in Afghanistan began in the late 19th century with repression and violence against various nationalities, and Abdul Rahman Khan carried out a key role in this repression with the cooperation and alliance of Britain. Some may suppose that the surrender of Mosul to ISIS was part of a global and regional plan, but it can be indicated that if, like Kobani, there was an inherent force that resisted and one alone, despite Turkey’s relentless assistance to ISIS, we could have witnessed more and more resistance and epics in Afghanistan.
The circumstances in other countries in the region, namely Iraq, Syria, Libya and Lebanon, are not better than in Afghanistan. ISIL and Taliban are determined forces that do not see any serious resistance against them, that because of the corruption and incompetence of the rulers, there are desperate people who have no interest in resisting this savage force. When political corruption is rampant in Kabul, Baghdad, Hewler (Erbil) and Beirut, which soldier and a wise man is willing to risk their life for a handful of corrupt and immoral rulers? The capitalist modernity projects in the region and the emergence of proxy wars have created opportunities and threats for nation-state hegemony.

However, we must know that the world powers are functioning very seriously to advance their policies based on various strategic projects. For instance, the various jihadist groups could not grow enough without the logistical, propaganda, and the economic support of world and regional powers. It is questionable that how the prisons’ gates in Iraq and Syria were opened before the growing of ISIS, and the dangerous prisoners escaped. Mosul, which had just bought new weapons by billions of dollars, while more than fifty thousand Iraqi troops and more than fifteen thousand gunmen of Barzani’s Party, the city easily surrendered to ISIS, and the Sinjar tragedy occurred. The same scenario now has been recurring in Afghanistan, with billions of dollars in cash and military weapons have been handed over to the Taliban. At the same time, Taliban utilizes advantage of the poverty and indigence of the Afghan people.
In addition to producing terror and frightening, it is a military business with a public acceptance of the Islamic ideology and familiarity with the oppressed people of Afghanistan, imagining a different spiritual, and a better world. This business, along with the belief that the previous structure of Ashraf Ghani and Karzai’s government did not have the capacity to produce it, which caused strengthened the Taliban movement. In addition to these factors, the Taliban has the support of some of the spy agencies of the International Security Assistance Force and the Pakistani ISI.
At the present, the query is being provided that to which directions and paths, will the future events go in the region? Will the Taliban have enough power to create an obstacle for India and China, or will it be a serious dilemma for the Shiite rulers of its neighbour, which is the Islamic Republic of Iran? مرکز خبر- جیمی رسکین، نمایندهی مریلند در مجلس نمایندگان آمریکا، شامگاه سهشنبه ۶ مهر در توییتی به اوضاع وخیم زینب جلالیان پرداخت و نوشت: ''زینب جلالیان برای مدت ۱۳ سال به دلیل حمایت از حقوق کوردها و زنان ایرانی با اتهامات ساختگی در ایران زندانی بوده است، اکنون کسانی که او را حبس کردهاند برای این که از او اعتراف بگیرند، او را از مراقبتهای بهداشتی ساده محروم کردهاند''.
این نماینده همچنین از ایران خواست، که به درخواست سازمان ملل متحد برای آزادی بی قید و شرط زینب جلالیان توجه کند.
پیشتر سازمان عفو بینالملل، اعلام کرده بود که زینب جلالیان بارها مورد شکنجه و رفتارهای بیرحمانه و غیرانسانی قرار گرفته و دسترسی وی به خدمات درمانی مشروط به اعترافات اجباری است.
زینب جلالیان شهرند کورد زادەی شهر ماکو در روژهلات کوردستان است، وی در اسفند سال ۱۳۸۶ در شهر کرماشان بازداشت شد. دستگاه قضایی ایران وی را به اتهام ''محاربه و عضویت در یک حزب کوردستانی" ابتدا به اعدام و سپس در سال ١٣٩٠ در دادگاه تجدید نظر به حبس ابد محکوم کرد.
زینب جلالیان، از سال ۱۳۸۶ در زندان به سر میبرد و سنگینترین حکم محکومیت (حبس ابد) را در میان زندانیان سیاسی زن دارد. وی تاکنون به بیماریهای بسیاری مبتلا شده اما از دسترسی به خدمات پزشکی محروم بوده است، حکومت ایران برای این که از وی اعتراف بگیرند، او را از مراقبتهای بهداشتی ساده محروم کردهاند.

رژێمی ئاکەپە – مەهەپەی فاشیست بە بەکارهێنانی چەکی کیمیایی دەیانەوێت ئەنجام بەدەست بهێنن
بە هەمان شێوەش سەرباری ئەوەى ئەوەی لە دژی گەریلاکانی ئازادیی کوردستان چەکی پێشکەوتوو و تەکنەلۆژیای سەردەم بەکاردەهێنێت، بەڵام لە بەرامبەر ئیرادەی بەبرخودانی گەریلادا بە بنبەست گەیشتووە و عاسێ بووە. رژێمی ئاکەپە – مەهەپەی فاشیست، چەکە کیمیاییەکان بەکار دەهێنێت، کە بەپێی یاسا نێونەتەوەییەکان قەدەغە کراون. دەیەوێت لەو رێگەیەوە ئەنجام بەدەست بهێنێت.
لە ئۆپراسیۆنی ١٠-١٤ی شوباتی ٢٠٢١دا لە ناوچەى گارە لە باشووری کوردستان ئەوە ئاشکرابوو، کە چەکی کیمیایی بەکارهێناوە. ئۆپراسۆنی داگیرکەی و هێرش بەب ناوچەى پەنجەى شیمشەک و پەنجەى یڵدرم لە دژی ناوچەکان ئاڤاشین، زاپ و مەتینا لە باشووری کوردستان ئەمڕۆ ماوەى ١٥٩ رۆژە بەردەوامە. لەو ناوچانەدا ١٥٩ رۆژە بە بێ راوستان شەڕ روودەدات. دەوڵەتی تورک و راگەیاندنەکانی تورک ئەوە بە پێداگرییەوە لە رای گشتی دەشارنەوە. سوپای تورکی داگیرکەر لەو شەڕەدا زۆر جار گازی کیمیایی بەکارهێناوە. لە پێش هەمووشیانەوە لە زەندورای مەتینا و شاخەسوری ئاڤاشین، لە زۆرێک لە ناوچەکانی تریش دا چەکی کیمیایی بەکار دەهێنێت. ئەوە راستییەکی ئاشکرا و روون و مسۆگەرە. ئێستاش بۆ تێشکاندنی بەرخودان لە هێڵی وەرخەل هەموو رۆژێک بە چڕی بۆمبی کیمیایی جۆراوجۆر بەکار دەهێنێت.

لەم قۆناغە گرنگە مێژووییەدا، لە پێناو دۆزی ئازادیی پیرۆزماندا ئێمە بە شێوەیەکی فیدایی و مەردانە شەڕ دەکەین و رێگای ئازادی و دیموکراسی دەکەینەوە. رژێمی فاشیستی نەژادپەرەست لە دژی ئێمە بە شێوەیەکی نامەردانە و ترسنۆکانە بۆمبی کیمیایی بەکار دەهێنێت و هەوڵ دەدات رێگری لە رووخان و تێکشکاندنی خۆی بگرێت. رژێمی فاشیستی بەو کارانەى لە بەرامبەر نرخ و بەها مرۆڤایەتییەکاندا تاوانی شەڕ دەکات. هەر چۆن لە کاتی کۆمەڵکوژیی دێرسیم لە ساڵی ١٩٣٨ دا بەرپرسێکی ئەو دەوڵەتە وتبووی، "ئێمە ژەهری مشکمان هەڵدایە ئەشکەوتەکان و هەموویانمان کوشت" بەو شێوەیە دانیان بەو تاوانەیاندا نا، هەر ئەمڕۆش بە هەمان شێوازی دڕندانە دەجوڵێنەوە و دەیانەوێت هەمان کار دووبارە بکەنەوە.
لە سەدەی ٢١دا رژێمی تورکی داگیرکەر بە پێشێلکردنی یاسا نیشتمانی و نێونەتەوەییەکان تاوان ئەنجام دەدات. لە بەرامبەر ئەوەدا ئێمە داوا لە رێکخراوە دیموکراتیکە نیشتمانی و نێونەتەوەییەکان و داکۆکیکارانی مافەکانی مرۆڤ دەکەین، کە بە ئەرک و بەرپرسیاریی خۆیان هەستن. لە دژی ئەو کردارانەى دژ بە مرۆڤایەتی، کە گوایە بۆ سەرکوتکردنی تێکۆشانی گەلەکەمان بۆ مافە رەوا و مافە سروشتییەکان بەڕێوەدەچێت، هەموو کەس و هێزەکانی خاوەن هەستی مرۆڤایەتی، ئێمە داوا لە هەموویان دەکەین، کە خاوەنداری و پشتیوانی لە یاسا نێونەتەوەییەکان بکەن و ئەرکی مرۆیی، ئەخلاقی و ویژدانیی خۆتان پێکببهێنن".

قڕ کردنێک پێک دی و ئهگه ههژمارهکهی دیاریش نهبێ وا له ده ههزار کهس زیاتر دهکووژرێن.ڕندێخانیش له دهستپێک تا دوا ساتهکانی شهڕ له ڕیزی پێشهوهدا شهڕ دهکا و بۆخۆی پێشهنگایهتی شهڕهکه دهگرێته ئهستۆ.له ناو شهڕ دا ڕندێخان به برینداری دهکهوێته دهستی دووژمن.فهرماندهی لهشکهرهکهی کۆمار له بهرامبهر ناوودهنگ و جوانیهکهی ڕندێخان ڕادهمێنێ .فهرماندهی دووژمن دهیههوێ دهست درێژی ڕندێخان بکا، له بهرامبهر بێچارهیی تووش هاتوو ، ڕندێخان وهها بهفهرماندهکه دهڵێت؛ “من دیلم و ئهوه ئێوهن خاوهن ههر چهشنه تهسهرووفێک له سهر جهستهی من،ئهوکات من ناتوانم له سهر خاکێک که له بن سهروهری ماڵه بابانم دایه له گهڵ ئێوه بم.ئهگهر ئێوه له ناو ئهو سنووره دیارهدا دهست درێژی من بکهن وا خۆ دهکووژم” .فهرماندهی دووژمن دهپرسێ سنووری زهویهکانی ماڵی بابت تا کوێ درێژ دهبێتهوه؟ ڕندێخان وها وهڵامی دهداتهوه:”چۆمی باتمان سنوورهکهیه.”پاشان فهرماندهکه ڕازی دهبێ و تا پردی مالابادێ دێن. کاتێک که دهگهنه پردهکه ،ڕندێخان دهڵێت بۆ دواجار دهمههوێ له مهڵبهندی بابانم بڕوانم و دهستووری چوونه سهر پردهکه دهخوازێ.ڕندێخان دهچته سهر پردهکه و به قورسی ههنگاو ههڵدهگرێ ،له بهر هاژهی چۆمی باتمان لهبهرامبهر مێژووی بێبهخت ، خیانهت و ڕاستی دووژمن،بۆ وهی که نهبێته دیلی دووژمن ، بهوێنهی تهیری بریندار له شهقهی باڵ ئهدا و خۆی له سهر پردی مالابادێ ڕا داوێته ئامێزی چۆمی باتمان. به گوێرهی بهیت و حهیرانی دهنگبێژان گوتنهکانی دوا ساتی ڕندێخان ئهون؛

ساڵ و زهمان تێپهڕ بوو. ساڵ چوو و بوو به ٢٠٢٠ ، نهوهی توورانیان وا دیسان لهسهر چیاکانی کوردستانن، ئهوجارهش له بهرامبهریان ڕندێخانی سهردهم ههنه.له دهستپێکی شهڕی حهفتانین تا ئهوڕۆکه گهریلا ژنهکان مۆرکی خۆیان لهو شهڕه داوه و به وهڵاتپارێزی ڕندیخانهەوه شهڕیان کردووه .به ئیراده،به هێز و به شهڕی خۆ وا شهڕیان ئاراسته کرد و تینیان دا .یهک لهو گهریلایانهش فهرمانده زهلاله .زهلال سیدهم به ناوی ڕاست ڕۆژبین وارله له ساڵی ١٩٩٢ له ئامهد له بنهماڵهیهکی وهڵاتپارێز چاوی به ڕووی دوونیا ههڵهێنا. ساڵهکانی ٩٠ یهک لهو شوێنانهی که قڕکردنی ڕژێمی داگیرکهری تورک کاریگهری لێ کرد ئامهد بوو.کووشتنهکانی بکهری نادیار،حیزبووڵڵا،کۆچبهر کردن ،چوونه سهر ماڵان و یهک لهو شوێنانهی که ههری زۆر دووژمن گرانی دابوویه ،ئهو دهڤهرانه بوو. زۆر جار له ئامهد تهنیا له ڕۆژێک دا ههموو چهشنه هێرشێکی دهوڵهتی تورک پێک دههات.هاوکات جموجۆڵی گهنجانی خوێنگهرم و گهلی وهڵاتپارێزی ئامهدیش بهردهوام ههبوو.له لایهنی سیاسیهوه وهک ڕۆژانی تاریک و ئالۆز پێناسهی بۆ دهکرێ.مناڵی زهلال سیدهم به بارودۆخێکی وههادا تێپهڕ بوو.به بۆنهی وهڵاتپارێزی بنهماڵهکهی یهکهم بهردی بناغهی شۆڕشگهری لهوان وهردهگرێ .شاهیدی سهرههڵدانهکانی ساڵی ٢٠٠٦ دهبێ ،سهرهڕای وهی که ئێستا مێر مناڵێکه تێدهگا که چیتر ناتوانی بینهری ئێش کێشانی گهلهکهی بێ .پشتی سهرههڵدان به ماوهی دوو ساڵ له ساڵی ٢٠٠٨ دا زهلال سیدهم له تهمهنی گهنجێتی دا بهشداری ڕیزهکانی گهریلا دهبێ.یهکهم قۆناغ و بنگهی
