‼️ Protect yourself from dengue
1,794 dengue cases last week – highest no. of weekly cases recorded

🦟 If you live in a dengue cluster area, carry out these important steps to protect yourself and your loved ones:
- Spray insecticide in dark corners around the home, eg. under the bed/sofa, behind curtains
- Apply mosquito repellent regularly (reapply every few hrs/according to manufacturers’ instructions & level of activity)
- Wear long sleeves and long pants

➡️ More people working from home ➡️ easy targets for the day-biting Aedes mosquito

🚫 Do the Mozzie Wipeout at least once a week to prevent mosquito breeding
1. Loosen hardened soil
2. Turn over pails
3. Tip vases
4. Flip flowerpot plates
5. Clear the roof gutter and place BTI insecticide
