An additional $1.5 billion support package will be rolled out to provide further cost of living relief for all Singaporean households, especially for the lower- to middle-income groups. 

This will include: 
Cost of Living Special Payment of up to $500 in Dec 2022 for eligible adult Singaporeans, in addition to the existing Assurance Package cash payout in the same month 
Additional $100 CDC Vouchers for every Singaporean household in Jan 2023
600,000 Public Transport Vouchers worth $30 for eligible resident households
Raise in income eligibility criteria for financial assistance schemes and enhancement in bursary quanta for full-time ITE students in AY2023

The new $1.5 billion support package announced in October 2022 will help Singaporean households with the cost of living, with lower- to middle-income families to receive more.
