Lifting of Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS)
➡️ VDS no longer required at:
• Events with >500 pax
• Nightlife establishments (with dancing)
• Dining in at F&B outlets and hawker centres
Updates on vaccination
➡️ From 25 Oct, children aged:
🔹 6 months to 4 y.o. to receive Moderna/Spikevax vaccine as primary dose
🔗 Register at child.vaccine.gov.sg from 18 Oct
🔹 5 to 11 y.o. to receive Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty vaccine as booster
✉️ Parents to receive SMS with personalised booking link
➡️ Sinovac-CoronaVac allowed for booster; no need to prove medical ineligibility for other vaccines
Exercise social responsibility and minimise interactions when unwell. Non-fully vax persons are encouraged to get vaccinated to protect themselves.

An additional $1.5 billion support package will be rolled out to provide further cost of living relief for all Singaporean households, especially for the lower- to middle-income groups.
This will include:
✅ Cost of Living Special Payment of up to $500 in Dec 2022 for eligible adult Singaporeans, in addition to the existing Assurance Package cash payout in the same month
✅ Additional $100 CDC Vouchers for every Singaporean household in Jan 2023
✅ 600,000 Public Transport Vouchers worth $30 for eligible resident households
✅ Raise in income eligibility criteria for financial assistance schemes and enhancement in bursary quanta for full-time ITE students in AY2023
