Development programs for 2025 and the planning period 2025-2027 were presented by the Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Federal National Guard Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Federal Archival Agency of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for State Reserves of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Fishery of the Russian Federation, the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Fund for Mandatory Medical Insurance.
Each program includes basic planning parametres with established targets:
• the amount of funding;
• key results, for example, harmonization of information resources by the federal agencies, increasing the speed of processing interagency requests;
• development of professional systems, for example, transition to Russian software and Russian information security tools.
All the eleven programs were approved.
«In total, we have to approve 60 digital transformation programs aimed at increasing the efficiency of government agencies and public administration as a whole. The Government of the Russian Federation has launched a pilot project for the transition to a fully electronic format for the transmission of payment documents for public utilities. With the consent of the citizen, such documents will not be duplicated on paper.
A pilot project is being carried out in the Moscow region. The relevant decree on the start of the experiment has been signed.

Digital Technology as a Catalyst for Development: How Kazakhstan is Developing an AI Ecosystem
Kazakhstan is actively introducing new technologies into society, creating favourable conditions for the development of innovation and the digital economy. Last December, the opening of the Alem.ai artificial intelligence centre was announced. At the moment, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to work on further implementation of artificial intelligence in key sectors of the economy and social sphere.
The Artificial Intelligence Bill is under consideration by Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will provide a legal framework for the development and safe use of AI technology.
Special attention is paid to the creation of technological infrastructure. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan is working on the creation of a supercomputer and chips.
