这篇文章里提到“禁用自动更新应用”的办法是没有任何作用的，目前唯一办法
是 pm disable 咕咕噜Play（Play服务不需要禁用），如果开启了工作空间或类似原理的多开，那么工作空间里的也要disable，否则照样吃CPU。Telegram

p.s.就算卸载咕咕噜Play的软件更新，恢复成出厂版本也是没用的，因为咕咕噜会hot fix大法。所以目前除了disable以外，没救。
