今天 Google 在 Android 开发者博客发布应用沙盒中分区储存（Scoped Storage）的最佳实践和 Beta 3 即将推出的改动。
其中提到应用 Target SDK 在 Android 9.0 (28) 或更低时不会被隔离存储，也就是和过去一样能够直接访问到真实存储空间，开发者也可以选择不更新 Target SDK 而在
这一举措让本来尚未准备好分区储存的应用有了更多的时间来准备，用户也不会被强迫去体验未适配时糟糕的效果，但不少人担心厂商会不会又就此偷懒。历来 Google 不少行为限制都围绕着 Target SDK 开展，这又视乎应用商店对开发者的要求能否落实了（国内市场已有相关规定）。
个人认为较理想的效果是，即便应用未能适配，系统也提供对应的开关让用户强制开启隔离存储，很大概率不会直接提供。不确定是否可以通过

AndroidManifest.xml 中标明自己支持分区储存来启用这个特性。这一举措让本来尚未准备好分区储存的应用有了更多的时间来准备，用户也不会被强迫去体验未适配时糟糕的效果，但不少人担心厂商会不会又就此偷懒。历来 Google 不少行为限制都围绕着 Target SDK 开展，这又视乎应用商店对开发者的要求能否落实了（国内市场已有相关规定）。
