我反正知道，不上传到云端的原因不只两个
一定有一个原因是 文件太小 所以跳过
因为 我用过 电脑上 的 google photos...
我偷懒选了一整个磁盘去上传，每次打开相册都会提示还有文件需要上传，最后都会上传失败，提示都是文件太小
