Android O 开始，系统将支持随机 WLAN MAC 地址，有效避免基于 MAC 地址的跟踪行为。
但是，需要厂商进行适配。
部分厂商情况未知，Google Pixel 系列 / Nexus 5X 已适配，并在 Developer Options 中提供开关。
兼容的设备需要：
1. 无线芯片支持
