此前，Google 隐藏"www"的做法遭到了一些用户的强烈指责，他们指出此举可能会产生严重后果。
Porter Felt 表示，今年秋天或明年春天，Chrome 会用更为开放的姿态向公众讲述它们关于 URL 的新想法。
凌晨，Google 推送了Chrome
69.0.3497.92 版更新，这个版本恢复了HTTP协议、www的显示。此前，Google 隐藏"www"的做法遭到了一些用户的强烈指责，他们指出此举可能会产生严重后果。

有消息表明 Google 将在所有 “有 Assistant 语言支持的欧洲国家” 发布 Pixel 3 系列设备，比如法国。
