We’re fighting for Gabe Olivier’s right to share the Gospel in a public park in Mississippi!

When Gabe went to a public park in Brandon to share his faith, the City applied an unconstitutional ordinance prohibiting religious speech on city-owned sidewalks and grassy areas in the park.

When Gabe went back to share his faith in the park, he was arrested and paid a fine...but when he challenged the law in court, the judge dismissed his case without considering the merits. Gabe was denied his day in court.

We appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and won 9-0! Gabe is now free to pursue his claim. But the legal battle is far from over.

Our U.S. Supreme Court victory for Gabe allows us to go back to the district court to litigate the issue. We’ll argue that Brandon, Mississippi’s ordinance is unconstitutional in preventing Gabe from sharing his faith in public ways.
