The Countdown Stone (Tablet)
In 1952, British archaeologist Leonard Woolley passed away, leaving behind a secret that had been buried for decades. Woolley had spent 30 years excavating the ancient city of Ur in southern Iraq. In his final interview, he mentioned a mysterious small clay tablet covered in archaic cuneiform, which he called the "Countdown Stone."
He warned it was counting down to an unstoppable event. Shortly after his death, the tablet vanished and remained unacknowledged for 70 years until a partial translation surfaced recently.

Piddington residents voted 96% in favor of a symbolic โindependenceโ referendum in July in protest at the plans.

When Gabe went to a public park in Brandon to share his faith, the City applied an unconstitutional ordinance prohibiting religious speech on city-owned sidewalks and grassy areas in the park.
When Gabe went back to share his faith in the park, he was arrested and paid a fine...but when he challenged the law in court, the judge dismissed his case without considering the merits. Gabe was denied his day in court.
We appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and won 9-0! Gabe is now free to pursue his claim. But the legal battle is far from over.
Our U.S. Supreme Court victory for Gabe allows us to go back to the district court to litigate the issue. Weโll argue that Brandon, Mississippiโs ordinance is unconstitutional in preventing Gabe from sharing his faith in public ways.
