🇺🇸🇮🇷 An attack on Iran could take place within the next 48 hours

The US is preparing for a military attack on Iran within the next one to two days, according to the New York Times. The newspaper reports that an American aircraft carrier is already on standby and could be deployed to attack Iranian territory within the next 48 hours.

As reported by Al Arabiya, the US has signalled to Tehran that it will not respond harshly in the event of an attack. Iran has rejected this offer.

Trump had previously stated that a ‘wonderful armada’ of American ships was on its way to Iran and expressed hope that Tehran would agree to a deal.
