This is Ernst Rohm. He was the founder of the Sturmabteilung, otherwise known as the SA, but more commonly referred to as “the Brownshirts.”
The main task of this group in the late 1920’s and early 1930’s was to identify rival political factions operating throughout Germany and subvert their activities by any means necessary, including violence. At its height, the Brownshirts had over 3 million members.

(Hitler accused most of them of being gay, which was allegedly true in at least some of the cases, such as Rohm and his associates.)
So never forget that there were gay Nazi’s. Lots of them.

Here is where things start to get really Biblical, and a little dark.
According to the Temple Institute's website, in response to the question, "When will the reconstruction of the Holy Temple Commence?" they answer:
"Geo-politically, the Temple Mount has to be cleared of the Dome of the Rock and the mosques which are presently located upon it before the physical rebuilding of the Holy Temple can begin. Many scenarios can be imagined which would accomplish this..."
That sounds a little ominous. They do acknowledge a scenario where the Muslims willingly demolish the Dome of the Rock, but they also recognize that alternative options should be considered.
They also claim to have the Ark of the Covenant (like from Indiana Jones) in their possession, and that it is being intentionally hidden.
Q called it. It's going to be Biblical. This must be why Israel was being saved for last.
