Last week the Wagner Group announced that it is pulling out of Mali (Africa) after completing a 3 year mission to help establish and train a legitimate Malian military force that can fight ISIS.

Russia’s “forward operating base” for all African operations is the Tartus naval base in Syria, which is likely where Wagner’s Africa Corp will be for the time being.

Will we see Wagner engage Israel on behalf of Iran?
