Interesting timing.

I don’t think this was a “reward,” considering the ill-timed attacks Levin has made against Trump in regards to his friendly disposition toward Putin in Ukraine. (Levin is one of the morons pushing for an existential conflict with Putin.)

This role is a figurehead position. Trump and Homan don’t need Mark Levin to tell them how to run the border. My guess is it was done at this moment to incentivize Levin to keep his pie-hole shut regarding Iran/Ukraine while Trump works with Putin to save the world from WW3. (Unfortunately, too many NPC’s still watch Fox News and care what shills like Levin think.)
