I could feasibly see Canada used to cleave China away from Russia under Carney (depending on whether or not he pushes a pro high tech industrial program and stops the anti China rhetoric prevalent until now.) with the embrace of high speed railways and "restoring industrial progress" in order to "save Canada from the USA and Russia" it appears that Carney may be putting aside the anti growth eco agenda temporarily following the John A MacDonald policy of the 19th century in order to subvert a greater force of goodness now in play, but always with the intention of depopulation except via a detour.

Many Canadian eco technocrats (such as Gerard Butts, Stephen Guilbault and Carney himself) are highly placed into Eurasian institutions designed to influence China by promoting a green agenda and "collaboration"... With strings of course.

For three years, I have said that the eventual peace deal reached between Russia and Ukraine is going to be identical to the one Putin originally offered in 2022.
