My understanding is that this is exactly how large bureaucracies (public and private) operate. Within the organization there is a hierarchy of factions— departments and agencies— competing with one another for resources (dominance).

What would be the value in installing a radicalized theocracy in Iran in 1979, which immediately initiated an "arms race" of Islamic doctrine with Saudi Arabia-- the net effect being both countries becoming increasingly radicalized in the 80's and 90's?
Which country is being targeted for conquest in the Middle East right now? And has been for the past 45 years? (Bibi Netanyahu published a book in 1979 of all years saying that Iran was a terrorist state and Israel and the US needed to go to war with it. A coincidence, I'm sure.)
Does Iran now have an alliance with Russia and China? Would declaring war against it mean WW3?
What is the value of starting WW3 at this moment in time, from the perspective of Israel and the Deep State?
Why would a State Department (likely CIA) career bureaucrat (Maggie Mitchell Salem) who "retired" to go start an NGO in Qatar have befriended Jamal Khashoggi, and pushed him very hard to right articles like this one? (criticizing the Saudi Crown Prince)

Responding to General Flynn:
What's interesting about the Muslim Brotherhood is that it was first created by Ibn Saud (founder of modern Saudi Arabia) in 1902 to conquer the Arabian peninsula, but then destroyed by his own hand after it was infiltrated by British Intelligence officers and turned against him in 1928.
That same year, 1928, a copy-cat organization was formed in Cairo, Egypt by students of the madrassas set up by Lord Evelyn Baring-- the first [British] Controller-General of Egypt who was appointed to manage Egypt's finances in 1879, after Egypt defaulted on loan payments related to the construction of the Suez Canal-- after the global price of cotton collapsed due to market saturation from a pent-up supply that flooded the market from American South, after the embargo imposed on it during the Civil War was finally lifted. (The Suez Canal was requisitioned by British oligarchs and Egypt was officially folded in to the British Empire, despite technically still being a part of the Ottoman Empire.)
These madrassas (Islamic schools) were built in 1880's by the Suez [Canal] Company, which maintains a headquarters in Paris to this day after merging with a water utility company in 1997, and taught radical forms of Salafi/Wahhabi Islam (not otherwise widely practiced at the time) under the guidance of Rashid Rida, who was on the payroll of the British government. One of Rida's students, Hassan al-Banna, created the "Muslim Brotherhood" in 1928 with six workers from the Suez Company, despite never traveling to Riyadh or meeting with Ibn Saud. (Their only connection was through the British government.)
The madrassas became The Brotherhood's headquarters, which they used to recruit impressionable students with their extremist ideas.
Ironically, al-Banna proclaimed that the [mainstream] Islamic moderates needed to be usurped by the Salafi extremists, because they had been corrupted by western influence and were disloyal to the Egyptian people. But the reality was that al-Banna and his entire organization was a construct of British Intelligence.
This exact model of funding madrassas to spread radical Islam was copied and used by National Security Advisory Zbigniew Brzezinski in the latter 1970's under Operation Cyclone, in cooperation with Osama bin Laden, ostensibly to "fight the Russians" in Afghanistan. The students of those schools would later form Al-Qaeda. I would say ask @morningmike about her father, but it appears that she has locked her account and deleted all of her posts. Weird.
TLDR - The modern Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 by British Intelligence, who had spent the prior 45+ years radicalizing children with schools they operated.

As Chris often says, learning the "details of a complete and total fiction" are of far lesser importance than understanding WHY that fiction is being placed before you.

ConInc is now going after Nigel Farage, after Farage distanced himself from Tommy Robinson.
This is actually a very based move from Farage, being that Tommy Robinson is most likely a Mossad asset.

"Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan told reporters after the summit that diplomatic relations would be restored in full with Qatar, although no time frame was given.
“We are extremely pleased with having been able to achieve this very important breakthrough that we believe will contribute very much to the stability and security of all our nations in the region,” Prince Faisal said. “We are at a place where everybody is satisfied and happy ... the returning of diplomatic relations, flights, etc., all of that will now go back to normal.”
The diplomatic breakthrough followed a final push by the outgoing Trump administration and Kuwait to mediate the dispute. It also came as Saudi Arabia seeks to unify Arab ranks ahead of the incoming administration of President-elect Joe Biden, which is expected to take a firmer stand toward the kingdom and re-engage with Iran.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated Qatar “for the success of its brave resistance to pressure & extortion.” He also said in a message to other Arab leaders that “Iran is neither an enemy nor threat — especially with your reckless patron on his way out,” referring to Trump."
__
"Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who embraced Qatar’s emir upon his arrival at the summit, said the region needed to unite and face challenges posed by Iran’s proxies and its nuclear and ballistic missile programs.
He said the declaration signed by Gulf leaders and Egypt “emphasizes Arab and Gulf solidarity and stability, and reinforces the continuity of friendship and brotherhood between our countries.”
The four countries that jointly boycotted Qatar were hoping their embargo and media blitz would pressure it to end its close relations with Turkey and Iran. Egypt and the UAE view the support by Qatar and Turkey of Islamist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood as a security threat. Saudi Arabia and Bahrain are primarily concerned about Qatar’s ties with Iran.
The boycott failed to change Doha’s stance, however, instead buoying its young ruler domestically as patriotic fervor swept through Qatar in support of his resolve. It also pushed Qatar closer to Turkey and Iran, which rushed to assist the ultra-wealthy Gulf state as it faced medical and food supply shortages in the first days of the embargo."
