Grab your #2 pencils, let's talk about the Haskalah. (The "Jewish Enlightenment.")
Described as "an intellectual movement among the Jews of Central and Eastern Europe," which "arose as a defined ideological worldview during the 1770s, and its last stage ended around 1881, with the rise of Jewish emancipation."
The Haskalah was incubated in the [Jewish] Pale of Settlement, which I have covered many times. It was a political region created by Russian Czar Catherine The Great in 1791, as a designated territory for Jewish settlement, in an area comprising modern-day Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, and Ukraine. From what I have gathered, the impetus for creating this zone was due to the subversive nature of Jewish Rabbinical Courts, which would openly advocate that Jews disobey secular law and only follow Jewish law. (Among other issues, such as the practice of predatory usury, but all of that stemmed from the Rabbinical Court system.)
It is important to understand that prior to the Haskalah, the two most common Jewish "movements" (informal) in Europe were the traditionalists, and the assimilationists. You can probably imagine what the "traditionalists" were all about, while the "assimilationists" wanted Jews to integrate into European society and effectively shed their outward Jewish identity. (Not necessarily lose their religion, though they were typically considered "secularists" by their more religious brethren.)
On a recent episode of Badlands Story Hour, Burning Bright described the "Dreidel Jews" and the "Prussian Jews," and I think that is perhaps the best naming convention I have seen to distinguish between the "traditionalists" (Dreidel Jews) and the group that emerged as result of the Haskalahโ the Maskilim. (Prussian Jews)
In the modern age of Zionism, the assimilationists have effectively disappeared, or at least lost their political identity (for obvious reasons), while the other two groups, together, are two sides of the Zionism coin. However, it is worth pointing out that the "Father" of Zionism (Theodor Herzl) identified with neither of these groups, and considered himself an assimilationist, which both empowered him to maneuver in European politics, but also alienated him from his brethren in Zionist movement. (Herzl died in 1903 of a heart attack, after only joining in the movement 5 or 7 years before. He succeeded in getting Prussian and London power brokers interested in the concept.)
Bibi Netanyahu is a Maskilim, claiming direct lineage to Vilna Goan, perhaps the most famous "Prussian Jew" of the Haskalah movement. Goan was a staunch Kabbalistโ Jewish Mysticโ meaning he had a profound belief in the use of magic and divine sorcery as part of his Talmudic studies.

The Haskalah movement ("Prussian Jews") started in the 1770's, seemingly as a reaction to the Haredi movement ("Dreidel Jews"), which also started in the 1770's.
The Haredi movement claims to be a continuation of Rabbinic Judaism, which was founded in 6th century AD with the writing of the Talmud. Though the origins of the Haredi movementโ comprised of the Hasidic and Orthodox branches of Judaismโ can be directly traced to western Ukraine in the 1770's.
The rabbis in the Rabbinical Courts of Eastern Europe had become corrupt, and were perceived by Jewish commoners to be in bed with the European authorities. This led to the rise of what were called "rebbe" (the Yiddish word for rabbiโ "teacher") who embraced the teachings of the Zohar (written in the 12th century) which championed the Kabbalahโ Jewish Mysticism.
Important to understand that while there are distinctions between the Haredi and the Haskalah (covered in future post), both movements embraced the Talmud and Kabbalah as more important texts than the Torah. (The Torah is the first five books of the Old Testament, among other ancient scriptures that pre-dated Jesus of Nazareth. Torah Judaism is what Jesus and His disciples practiced.)
In Israel, Orthodox (Haredi) students do not even study the first five books of the Old Testamentโ the Torah, otherwise known as the "Pentateuch," in Greekโ and instead focus their studies on the Talmud and Kabbalah, which were written 300-500 years and 1100 years after the death of Christ, respectively.

Rabbinic Judaism explicitly claims to be the religion of the Phariseesโ the group of elite Jewish leaders from the Bible who opposed Jesus of Nazareth, denied His claim as the Son of God, and orchestrated His crucifixion.
The Talmud claims to be the "Oral Torah" that the Pharisees claimed to have always practiced, long before the birth of Christ, but never bothered to write down because they say it was forbidden.
When Roman Emperor Constantine the Great declared Christianity as the official religion of the Roman Empire in 325 ADโ after the First Council of Nicaeaโ the Pharisees, who had fled Judaea when the Second Jewish Temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD, decided they should begin writing down their oral traditions, which included the assertion that Jesus of Nazareth is the greatest heretic of all time, and burning in hell in a boiling pit of excrement as punishment for His crime against God. (This is written in the Talmud.)

The defining purpose of the Haskalah movement was to re-establish Hebrew as a written and spoken language. Up until that point (1770's) Yiddish had become the language practiced by Jewish leaders, which traced its origins to the Ashkenazi Jews of Ukraine.
In contrast to the Sephardi Jews, who migrated around the Mediterranean (mostly Spain and Greece) after the destruction of the Second Temple, the Ashkenazi are a Turkic people, whose origins are likely traced to Central Asia, where the Turkmen ethnicity originates. (The Ottomans come from this region, as well, migrating to the Middle East in the 12th and 13th centuries.)
In all likelihood, the Ashkenazi are descendants of the Khazarians, which was a Turkic-Judeo Empire that lasted from the 6th Century to the 10th Century AD, when it collapsed after being defeated by an alliance between the Rus (proto-Russians) and Byzantines (Greeks), as well as some Muslim tribes, in the year 965 AD.

The "central platform" (newspaper) of the Maskilim (Halaskah) was founded in Konigsberg, Prussia, and later moved to Berlin after the Prussians launched a series of wars in the 1800's and consolidated the 300 Germanic kingdoms into a single nation.
Konigsberg was the capital of the Prussian Duchy during the rule of the Teutonic Knights, which was an occult "Christian" group that was responsible for sponsoring the Crusades.
During WW2, Konigsberg was completely destroyed, the Soviets demolished (erased) the remaining structures/history, and expelled all Germans from the city. They brought in Ukrainians to replace them, and renamed the city Kaliningrad.
(Ukraine is 850 miles from Kaliningrad.)
The most influential Maskilim newspaper was located in Odessa, Ukraine.
See a pattern emerging?

The Halaskah movement (Prussian Jews) claims to be responsible for elevating the field of science as a divine study. They said that one could not truly understand God if they did not understand science.
"...a Torah scholar who lacked wisdom (science) was inferior to an animal's carcass. [Wessely] called upon the Jews to introduce general subjects, like science and vernacular language, into their children's curriculum; this "Teaching of Man" was necessarily linked with the "Teaching (Torah) of God", and the latter, though superior, could not be pursued and was useless without the former."

"Far less Talmud, considered cumbersome and ill-suited for children, was taught;"
Why did the Halaskah consider the Talmud "ill-suited for children?"
Also, I thought the pedophilia thing was always attributed to Islam? No? The Haredi Jews were also doing it?
But note what it says about activism. Create groups that infiltrate government at the local level and implement societal changeโ focusing on education.
Remember, that these people are/were PRUSSIAN.

Weird. I was told some other guy was actually the president of Venezuela, but it seems that all the other world superpowers disagree with what the TV, Elon Musk, and some totally based-n-redpilled influencers said.
They could never pull something like that off in the United States, though. Tricking people about who the real president is. Impossible.
