Reminder that many years ago, Syrian President Assad was [falsely] accused of using chemical weapons against his own people. (It was later shown to more likely have been Obama/CIA/ISIS.) This allegation became one of the primary reasons the Deep State used to justify their war to remove Assad from power.

Everybody is making a big stink about "US troops to the Middle East!" but the reality is that it's just a THAAD missile defense system, and 100 troops to operate/defend it.
We've been sending THAAD's to Israel (and every other Arab country in the ME) since 2019. We sent one last October, after the initial attack, with troops.
Anybody who thinks we are going to invade Lebanon with 100 troops isn't a serious analyst. This narrative is yet another nothing burger.

Had a bunch of people send me this clip today.
The part I haven't seen being discussed yet is that Trump's reference to the military handling the enemy within is that it has to do with our elections.
"IN TERMS OF ELECTION DAY I think the bigger problem are the people from within... Should be very easily handled by, if necessary, the national guard and if really necessary, the military."

@AutismCapital: Trump literally stopped his speech just now and forced his crew to put up the immigration chart and blast Pavarotti singing Ave Maria at full volume while he just stands there and vibes. We don't...β¦

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has accused tech tycoon Elon Musk of βinvestingβ at least $1 billion in inciting violence in the South American country after the presidential election earlier this year.
Maduro was declared the winner of the July 28 poll by the national election authorities, though the US claimed that victory had been stolen from opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez.
During his weekly television program on Monday, Maduro alleged to have direct knowledge that Musk β with whom he has been engaged in a long-running public feud β had spent βno less than $1 billionβ on βthe coup dβetat, the fascist outbreak, the violence against the electoral process in Venezuela.β
The Venezuelan leader named his political opponent, businesswoman Maria Corina Machado, as the distributor of the alleged funding to βfascistβ groups, claiming that the US government was ultimately behind attempts to oust him from power.
Following the vote in July, Musk accused Maduro of βmajor election fraud,β while the Venezuelan president declared the South African-born billionaire his βarch enemyβ who βcontrols the virtual realityβ created by social media. The two agreed to settle their differences in a fistfight, which never happened. Musk has also threatened to singe Maduroβs famous mustache βfrom spaceβ in response to a threat to suspend his social network X in Venezuela.
(I feel like Chris Paul wrote that last paragraph.)
It's looking more and more like the Maduro-Musk feud will be used as a vehicle to disclose how US intelligence agencies topple foreign governments and control the world.
