I view this list of bilateral meetings as the Arab Sovereign Alliance. (The UN meeting was included, I think, to communicate MBS’s role in facilitating this COINop against Netanyahu.)

Each of these three nations have an important history with Saudi Arabia over the past century. I would definitely added Mahmoud Abbas (Palestine) and Abdel Fatah El-Sisi (Egypt) to this list, as well.
